At Vizuani, we strive to deliver high-quality 3D clothing visualization and digital fashion services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our work, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent to both parties.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

Order Cancellation Before Production: If you cancel a project before any production work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Failure to Deliver: If Vizuani fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the stated timeline, and no alternative solution or extension is agreed upon.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Work has already commenced or been delivered in part or full.

Delays caused by the customer’s failure to provide necessary information, references, or approvals.

Change of mind after the design or 3D process has begun.

Subjective dissatisfaction after final delivery, if it matches the approved brief or initial concepts.

Services related to custom visuals, fabric digitization, avatar fitting, or AR/VR assets, which are inherently tailored and therefore non-returnable.
3. Revision Requests
We offer reasonable revision rounds (as specified in your project scope or service plan). If you’re unsatisfied with a delivery, we strongly recommend requesting revisions before requesting a refund.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email us at support@vizuani.com with the following:

Your full name and order reference number

Description of the issue or reason for the refund

Any supporting documents/screenshots
All refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly for any concerns before initiating a payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out may result in service suspension and a ban from future projects.
6. Changes to This Policy
Vizuani reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
